Tim is the President of TLC. He holds a degree in Electrical Power Engineering and provides experience and knowledge of lighting and sign applications to all of our customers. He is a great guy to work with and gives our customers top priority.

THOMAS J. CULLEN, Vice President

Tom is the Vice President of TLC. His background in engineering and metal fabrication provides our company with top of the line design and installation techniques. Tom also does the estimating for our company.

SHARON BOLLES, Office Manager

Sharon is our Office Manager and primary customer service representative. She is very knowledgeable in the sign industry and will help answer your questions, assist you with orders or estimates and provide you with quality service.

KRISTY STACY, Lead Designer

Kristy is our lead designer and an award winning expert in sign design. From a Main ID sign to a small yard sign, she always has fresh ideas to give your sign the originality it needs to stand out! Kristy is always upbeat and a joy to work with. She is also a member of the ISA (International Sign Association) Sustainability Committee and Education Committee.

DAN LUKASZEWSKI, Creative Designer/Graphic Production

| Dan is a welcome addition to our team as a creative designer. His knowledge from the printing industry provides expertise in color management and graphic layout. Dan has an eye for detail giving your signs and graphics outstanding presentation and effectiveness. He does a great job operating our production equipment and is skilled and persistent when it comes to finding solutions. He is self-motivated with high expectations of himself and his work.

JOSH PLESHEK, Lead Installer

Josh is the company's lead installer. He has an Electrical degree and contributes many valuable ideas to our company and clients. Josh is a hard, dedicated worker and works great with customers when out in the field.
